Our 1:1 coaching sessions provide a highly confidential, non judgemental space where employees can use reflection to explore the impact of self-doubt through exploring the impact of self-doubt, confidence dips, or midlife transitions on their work, leadership, and sense of self. These sessions allow people to voice thoughts they may never have shared before, and to see them not as permanent truths but as stories that can be understood, reframed, and rewritten.
